As the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues, our focus on caring for our customers and associates has never been greater. We understand the Coronavirus outbreak is a concern for everyone and we would like to take this opportunity to share how we are managing the situation:
We are directing employees to stay home if they or anyone in their household feels unwell.
We have put procedures in place that follow the CDC guidelines for social distancing & hygiene.
Our parts, service and sales departments are open for business but would like to limit the number of visitors inside the dealership at one time. MASKS ARE REQUIRED, covering both mouth and nose.
Parts – The parts department is open. Please wear your mask. We encourage you to pre-order your parts by phone. (518-398-7154 or 7107) We also offer curbside pickup, simply call the parts department from the parking lot and someone will be right out! We offer shipping of your parts directly to your farm, home or location of your choice.
Service – We will be continuing our on-site service for both agricultural and construction equipment. CDC guidelines will be used for sanitation and social distancing by our technicians. If you require trucking services to have your equipment picked up for maintenance or repair, delivered back to you, or moved from location to location, this type of service can be scheduled over the phone or through email. You will not be required to be present when the equipment is being picked up or dropped off. If you are dropping off equipment for service please call ahead and we will make arrangements with you. (518-398-7107)
Sales – If you are looking to purchase a piece of equipment, please call, email, or text a salesman (518-751-0025) and they will be happy to assist you! All salesmen are prepared to do business online or over the phone! Much of our equipment is located outside in our sales yard for viewing. We invite you to stop by, walk around and test the equipment at your leisure. Our staff will accommodate you while adhering to social distancing guidelines.
Should you decide to visit us in person, please know that we are taking extra precautions to sanitize our work spaces and follow the CDC guidelines. We do ask that for your safety, the safety of our staff and other customers that you take advantage of the alternate offers listed above. If you have recently been sick, or exposed to someone that has been ill, all of us at Pine Plains Tractor wish you the best and appreciate your continued support during this uncertain time.
