New Tractors from New Holland and Kioti are always in stock here in Pine Plains. Model selection may vary due to the seasonal nature of the work being performed by our customers, but one thing that stays the same is that nearly all the new tractors we sell are delivered with front end loaders. This is true now more than ever, due to the wide range of loader-mounted attachments being used on tractors both large and small.
Tractors are versatile machines, and as a result wind up in many applications. We service farms, companies, contractors, governmental. non-profit clients engaged in tasks involving agriculture (Equine, Dairy, Beef, Nursery, etc.) landscaping, mowing, “bush hogging”, snow removal, construction and more. We also sell to many individuals including many home and estate owners, families with small acreage or large involved with horses, emu, Llamas, etc..
Over five-plus decades we’ve developed a keen understanding of which models work best for different applications, so these are the ones most likely to be in stock. Among these are the 75-horsepower tractors from New Holland, the Workmaster 75 and Powerstar 75, both with four wheel drive, factory cab with air conditioning and optional instructor (or “Buddy”) seat. Not everybody wants a cab, so generally have open-station New Holland Workmaster 50, 60 and/or 70 on hand as well,. This series is a big hit with people making the move from a compact tractor to a “real farm tractor”,
Our sub-compact lineup, consisting of both the New Holland Workmaster 25S and Kioti CS-Series, is terrific.. Both manufacturers really went “all out”, resulting in a brisk sub-compact business here in Pine Plains.
There are many models in other classes that we also aim to keep on hand, including Kioti CX, CK, DK but don’t worry, just because we don’t have what you need today doesn’t mean we can’t get it soon using our Dealer-to-Dealer locator service.
We are in business to sell tractors to those within a reasonable drive. Why? Tractors aren’t like cars, which generally may be driven to a dealer for service, for one. Experience has taught us that it makes little sense to sell something a hundred miles from home due to trucking and service call costs. The few hundred dollars one might “save” buying far from home is not generally a sign of long term satisfaction, due simply to the cost of travel, trucking, etc. It’s really that simple. One long distance service call can consume the dollar difference, and then some, really fast.
Instead, we focus on providing the best possible customer experience to those in our service area, which includes all or part of the following New York counties:
Dutchess, Columbia, Essex, Greene, Putnam and Westchester
We also have responsibility for Litchfield County, CT and Berkshire County, MA.
