We provide field service primarily within the New York counties of Dutchess, Columbia, Putnam, Westchester, Ulster and Greene, as well as parts of Berkshire County, Massachusetts and Litchfield, Connecticut.  Field repairs are limited to those which may be conducted in a safe environment, and we reserve the right to require that the machine be transported to our shop.  Priority is given to machinery sold by our dealership.  For information on rates please call our service department at 518.398.7107.

Yes, pickup and delivery is offered within the New York Counties of Dutchess, Columbia, Putnam, Westchester, Greene and Ulster, as well as Litchfield County (CT) and Berkshire County, MA.  While we are equipped to load and unload most machines whether running or not. The unit(s) to be hauled must be in an area accessible to a large rollback truck.  For rates please contact our Service Department.

Today’s tractors differ greatly from older models.  Transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems are advanced and require expertise to repair.  Our technicians participate in ongoing online and in-person training for a number of products in order to provide our clientele with the best possible service.  

We aren’t a “tire store”, but do provide tire service for compact tractors, skid steers and most utility tractors, regardless of brand.  This is not a “core” service, but rather one provided as a convenience. In many cases will need to order tires, as there are just too many tread types, sizes, etc. to stock and manage.

Our first obligation is, of course, to machines we have sold, but we do maintain and repair equipment of just about all makes, including John Deere, Kubota, and Massey Ferguson, among others, provided that we have access to machine manuals and parts are available.  Some late model machines of other brands have proprietary tools available only to authorized dealers, meaning that our services offered are limited to basic maintenance.  Please contact our service department for details.

Generally speaking, our manufacturers have no issue with owners and operators servicing their own machinery.  Most operator’s manuals share instructions for most maintenance procedures, and we’re always here should any questions arise.  We do discourage the use of “will-fit” filters (all filters are NOT created equal), and please be sure lubricants meet minimum specs as outlined in manual.

Absolutely!  Just make arrangements with our service department and we can perform maintenance and repairs in your absence, provided machinery is acessible.
