Today’s front end loaders are almost always equipped with a quick attach face plate, or “coupler”. If you are not familiar, this is a plate that pins to the loader arms in place of the existing bucket. The bucket can then be adapted to fit, with a qualified welder removing the existing ears from the bucket and welding in their place a bracket that interfaces with the quick attach face plate. The result? The newly installed face plate is able to accept attachments including bale spears, pallet forks, grapples, tree spades, snow pushers and more.
